More on Mallorca

Mallorca is part of Spain, situated in the Mediterranean Sea and is the largest of the Balearic islands archipelago. Total population is around 880 000 people and most live in its capital city of Palma. In the 1950's the first charter flight landed on the island and we now see around 10 million visitors a year. Although originally known for the sun, sand and sea, there are still untouched parts of the island, which are rich in olive groves and pine forests.
